No idea of what it is it...works fine for me. Maybe your graphics or something with your internet browser ?

No idea, but it pisses me off because I cant get it to go away unless I refresh the page but then it moves somewhere else, I use Google Chrome so I don't know why my graphics wouldn't be good enough, I will go through the chrome settings though and see if I can change it.

Do you have the latest updates? I use chrome too and never had this problem

I've had that before when the video display cable hadn't been secured fully home. Tried updating drivers and many more software changes before discovering the source of the problem. Worth checking that both ends are pushed in and the screws tightened.
