New Players - Add a Banner Ingame

We like to see new blood in ROTU if you pardon the expression. Lately, new players have been asking about simple questions about features while trying to play the game, such as how do I shoot!

Would it be possible to have an instruction or advice on the scrolling text, top left ingame, instructing players to find tips and hints on the website and help them become better players or just helping them understand what the game is about?

Good idea Fabio and CI, that's true new players ask a lot of question when they come on server for the 1st time.
