Well ,may be im wrong but i didnt see any barrel , like i also first suspected- i checked (above & under map on spectate).
But if one placed barrel (but i didnt see one) then barrel causing it we have another issue.

also they DID stuck at ladder ( comming from above ) - cause i died up there when trying taking screen shots of it he he
