It's not allowed to !move anyone near a collector. In general you can say, it's only allowed to !move someone if he is stuck or blocks other players.

Hm shark ok about u got moved three time i dont know why but what i think is its becoz u were shooting the zombies at collector and ya collector may have gone but we can put collector again
