On purpose or bug?

Hello, 

I have found something interesting today. If I place ammobox and then die, after someone have revived me, the cooldown counter already starts, however I have my ammobox still placed. Is it a bug or it's on purpose? (sorry if stupid question)

There is also a visual (at least for Armored) bug, in which if I die and put my skillpoint somewhere or buy Reset Skillpoints, then ammobox timer will start, but I won’t be able to place ammobox, because I died.

Can you specify the steps to reproduce it with little more details please?

I can play video...

Then just follow the steps:

1) select a class (for example - armored)
2) die in any way
3) press v+4
4) add one skillpoint to any free space
5) return to the game
