Bug un the Pipe Bomb

When I was in map House I found bug in pipe bombs.
I and other players can't pick it

i'm sure he means that bug on this map 
after a while of picking this item it stops reproduce more not just for the same player also for others

Yes i'm pretty sure there is a limit in the respawn of pipe bombs. It's probably not a bug just a normal feature left by the mapper to avoid abuse from nades.
