So when there are new players that want to try playing.
They get killed way to fast so that they don't like it and leave.

level 2: is like it now is.
level 3: is 1,5 a 2 times harder to kill then level 2. (player causes lower damage to other players)
With the level system on RotU I guess it would be possible to add, but would Fabio implement it? (And while we're talking about making changes to the mod, please nerf the PPSh, G36, the pistol, and add a longer delay between spamming mines )
