Hi paddy, the reason is that you have 2 game accounts. The account you used to buy P is not the one you used to play in-game. What could be an option is that you get the keygen from this forum account and play on the old account. I don't know if you can get all those levels back though.

Tesa, you need to enter cmd in your windows. So click the windows icon, write "cmd", push enter and then type the tracert-command
