did you place the file like that path ( Call of Duty / modsrotuv1 / do_not_delete / data.cfg ) ? bad internet can make you lose it again, make sure you following the steps and try again .
because its a lottery which means that the winners were chosen randomly with different chances of winning depending on how many presents they collect

i have terrible weapons thats why i get killed fast like a noob , a pistol while other players can do anything without getting killed the strong player get stronger and the newplayers stay weak the pro players use the new for score they stay behind you to get the revive 5000 score a couple times,also with search the powerups the take it away in front of your face while i,m close to it,i dont do that if someone is close to it i walk away and let them take it this is not a team game anymore they take it serious win ore stay behind everyday is there a discussion with the mods who are friends to some players .even i tell the thrue they help the one who i discuss with,not fare.ore if i have found immuum to everything i stand stil to hitler and shoot him then i get removed by front he say you block ,but it isnt block i get the imuum to shoot him why he removed me from hitler ,they are not fare in a way.but whatever i cant get to level 500 anyway i dont care let them go to level 500 if they want so badly over someones back
