i need help figuring out how to download it properly

will someone help me? Is this mod originally named route-r-alpha? because I can't find out what folders the pkgs go in. All i see is a crap ton of .cfgs and 1 folder that says: Custom_scripts

UAYurkaUA, I see that you are from Ukraine. So I assume you use the Russian language pack that is based on the the Cyrillic alphabet which isn't supported by this mod. Only the Latin alphabet is supported. So you need to try to get (for example) a english language pack of cod uo. In order to get the V 4 menu working correctly.
