hey guys ..

hope all is doing fine ..the pendemic covid is disturbing everyone any today here im hve some request and some tips to get rid of covid-19
if u have been affected by covid ill tell some sop first of all make sure you are drinking warm water everyday and do steam bath for sure and put some warm water in a flask and inhale it because covid also stays in your nose through cynus make sure you drink warm milk everyday and dont hesitate your medicines given by your doctor and please do think that your going to have covid of if having dont think that your going to die because sometimes thinking also m ake you fell more worse.........

stay healthy tesa. It will be fine. My brother, sister and several people from my close circle were sick. They went through like the flu, sometimes harder, but also lighter. It is important to rest a lot. Get well soon
