8 coins for a special weapon i think that it should have better accuracy. Even some regular weapons have better than special weapons.

For example : cross bow has a tendency to miss sometimes less than 2-3 meters,(WITHOUT AIM ON)
... that is bad for 8 coins.

If you don't aim, you can't hit with a good accuarcy..? Isn't that normal?
If you aim your accuracy gets better lol
