The "point thinking" is understandable, wanted just a tiny (=small) % better effect. Wanted the options and variation of weapons more interesting due to almost all purchases are now from blue box, not green.
Maybe compensate that effect with a realistic difficulty to handle? Like recoil, weight, ammo level...and so on.
There are very cool weapon and ballistics info on the net. If we could apply little of that?
