Hey @CyberPlayer to recover your game you would go to the Extras side on the top right corner on the page and select recover account it gives you 2 options

784, deleting 1 or 2 cd-key files in game folder helped me. In post that poisoned reaper something similar

If the key is saying invalid it could be due to it not an actual CD Key or it is conflicting you can try to reinstall the game and try again.

Hello there bhs784 to be able to play on servers you need an actual CD Key I would recommend buying the game through steam. The CD Key you have will not work on any other servers unfortunately because it is not a valid one.
