I can't help you about download for free CoD Uo. But you find it easily for 5€ or so on the internet.

eBay is a good spot to find the CD version used for around 10 USD. Otherwise you can buy it off Steam for around 20 USD.

Look here, on google I found a whole CoDUO installation: http://files.anitalink.com/gamecache/cod/Call%20of%20Duty/
Download the UO files all manually (no need to download the maps/mods). Don't forget to put them in the correct folder again!
