With fiber it's max 500/500,
cable is max 200/20.
We have 120/2,5
They have upgraded the download speed several times but not the upload speed
But my dad don't want to switch to fiber. (something with e-mail from the provider
)Maybe I just have to get a fiber connection myself

I think you can get 1 Gbit here in Germany with fiber.
Cable here is max 200/200 but you can switch upload bandwidth to download and downlaod to upload.
Thats why I got 300 download and 100 upload
I still hope Google Fiber will come to europe... 10 Gbit Wohaaa And the price is still normal
