He continued hacking after the first warning of Harmony. There is no second warning.

Angry Cow has been around since the days of this game initially dying out. They are the trollest of trolls, and I find it very doubtful they are a kid. Still, when I got on the forums tonight, I noticed the new color code for banned players and thought to myself how such a time would ever occur that I would see that and now I see. Not surprised...
