About engineer, I could easily remove the ammo box, that would make the classes more equal i think.

I don't think removing ammo box from Engineer would make classes equal. Engineer gets 1000 points for upgrading a turret, and a screen full of points throughout each level giving them a excessive amount of points. A quote from a player on the server "Go Engineer you get a silly amount of points" hence why there are so many Engineers. Personally I think you should earn your points/kills not get them because of being an engineer.
