Can i be moderator ?

Hi everybody ! 
I'm Imo and i am 16 and i live in France
I am now MODS since orver 6 months, i today i ask you ''Can i be moderator''

Why i want be ?
I want be moderator because i help players , i help them to get their account back , when they have a probleme i try to do my best to help them. i also give weapon to new players , i say to them how play and i help them. But in the last time some players was bloked and ask me because i am mods to move them , but i could n t do anything. And i think it will be good if i could help them , but for this i can't. For now i just can help them to fix their probleme , and i do with with many pleasure. 
I ask you to be moderator because i help many when they have probleme , and for guys who think i am a ''Selfish" i only can say i changed and in reallity i am really diplomat and i adjust probleme enter guys. And i can do it in rotu too  when there is probleme with a playerand unfortunaly kick the player if he really don't understand anything .
I can help for all i said in this last paragraph but  i am really active (1 hour by day the week and more the week end) ANd i play in the morning the week end when there isn't admin and moderator that why it will be good if i be. I think i can be too because there not many admin and moderator who are really active there is only Harmony, Royalty ,Hoot, Britney and sometimes Vulgus and Tibou who play every week.
