CoDUO Server Errors Helpdesk[Image: e5031922.gif]
I noticed that there are quite some players who have issues with connecting the server / playing the server.
As they sometimes do not know how to fix them, or avoid them, I decided to make this post.
I will be handling all the CoDUO errors and how to fix them.
If you noticed an error is missing, please contact me and I'll update the guide.
Please also report any mistakes or improvements!

NOTE: Only handling MULTIPLAYER-Errors! For SINGLEPLAYER-Errors, please search google.

Your CoD UO MP does not start
This error is when you keep opening your CoDUO by pressing your desktop-link but it does not open.

Option 1: Link problem
  1. Right Click on your desktop icon,
  2. Select properties,
  3. Double check if it is correctly linked to your main folder in your C: drive,
  4. If not, copy the link and replace it. OR, remove the former link on your desktop and create a new one.
  5. If this does not solve your problem, please scroll down.

Option 2: Process Glitch
  1. Open Task Manager,
  2. Go to the Processes tab,
  3. Search for CoDUOMP.exe,
  4. Delete the process (this does not removes your game. It forces it to stop.),
  5. Restart your MP.
  6. If it does not work, reboot your notebook / desktop.
  7. If it does not work after the reboot, I suggest reinstalling the game as I believe some of your main files might be missing.

Could not load ........ .pk3
This is an error that is caused when you try to load a modded server. The error means that the server is unable to load a modded item. These can be weapon files / texture files / vehicle files. It disconnects you from the server.
This error can occur sometimes when connection to new servers. It resets your CoD UO folder to standard, which sets the downloading on "NO".

CD-Key Error
This error occurs while loading your server. It disconnects you from the server.
This means that there is a glitch with your CD-Key.
This error is rather rare.

Option 1: Re-type your CD Key
  1. Search your CD-Key which you can find at the back of your gamebox (please do not use any internet keys....),
  2. @ The Main Menu, select Multiplayer Options,
  3. @ Multiplayer Options, you can see "ENTER CD-KEY",
  4. Click this,
  5. Type your CD-Key & double check,

Option 2: Your CD-Key is being used
If you have the game installed on two different devices with the same CD-Key & try using it at the same time, this error will occur. You can only use the CD-Key for ONE device at the SAME time. It is possible to install the key for multiple devices and even play. Only not at the same time. So kick that other person from his device so you can play.

If you use internet keys, well kiss my *BLEEP* and buy the game like a real gamer! [Image: e5026734.gif]

Couldn't Find ...........

Server Command Overflow
This error occurs while playing. It disconnects you from the server.
This is caused by your Hunkmegs.
This error is rather rare.

How to solve?
  1. Check your how much system memory your desktop/laptop has (eg. 512MB)...,
  2. Go to the server, and open console... (going to the server is optional, it can be done on the main screen if you have the ROTU Mod Activated!),
  3. Type "com_hunkmegs ###" , replace the ### with your system memory divided in two. Eg. 512MB / 2 = 256. So you type "Com_hunkmegs 256",
  4. Close down your CoD and restart it to confirm your settings,
  5. Reconnect to the server.

If you still get the error message, start over again but lower your hunkmegs by using the same command.

Server Disconnected
This error occurs while playing / loading / downloading. It disconnects you from the server.
This error only occurs by actions of the server developer(s). It is extremely rare for the error to occur without interference from the developer(s).

How to solve?
Actually, this is one of them errors that cannot be fixed. This error is almost always caused by actions due to the servers developer. Eg. when Fabio restarts the server, all the players will get this error. It's extremely rare that you get this error by others reasons then the developers actions. Sadly enough, there is nothing we / you can do about them.
