The minimum age to join the clan |MODS| is 16.
So you need to wait a few years to join |MODS|, sorry

The only thing that I could come up with, is that you maybe need the approval from Fabio.
But further there are not any that I know of.

You are too young for it.
To join Mods you need at least 16 years.
And a serious application shouldn't look like 1 sentence
