9. Customized Weapons Wraps. When you have a weapon you can have a customized wrap over it.

1. Freezer - Dont get Iced by Zombies!!! Kill 1,000 of them and earn 100 coins and 1,0000 upgrade points.
2. Zombie Croucher - Crouch and kill crawler zombies 1,000 of them earn 100 coins and 1,0000 upgrade points.
3. Helgas Throne. Take her throne don’t get hit by her use a defense bubble 100 times. Earn 1,000 upgrade points and 50 coins. Hi Dubzero

4. Anti-Touch - Bash any zombie 500 times. Earn 50 coins and 1,000 upgrade points.
5. Power ups! - Collect 100 of them and earn 1,000 upgrade points and 10 coins.
6. Killing Spree - End Boss zombies without getting downed. Must kill 100. Earn 100 coins and 1,0000 upgrade points.
7. CHRISTMAS ONLY Zombie Launcher Throw a Snowman at a player 100 times. Earn 100 coins upgrade points 1,0000
8. CHRISTMAS ONLY Zombie Giver - Give a player 100 Presents on Xmas day! 200 coins and 2,000 upgrade points 
9. Zombie Bag. - Get Rich and top the leader board must win all 17 Waves 0 downs earn 300 Coins 1,0000 upgrade points.
10. Destiny - Must use a Sniper Rifle in all the waves must kill all the zombies 1,000 Earn 100 coins and 1,0000 upgrade points.

the ideas are probably not bad, but....if there were new maps, I believe Fabio would have added them a long time ago. 
Regarding the mods shop and admin shop....it wouldn't be fair to other players. Maybe there would be conflicts, or other players would demand the same weapons. 
Yes, to upgrade weapons and holsters... to add color to your own weapon... by purchasing a weapon color from the shop. That's not bad
