Hi. I want to be able to use commands !move to help players, and !warn for those who spam in chat , because admins rare online, and I am playing everyday.

I say no because he likes to instigate issues and troll others. I don't think he'd be able to prevent personal bias from affecting his decisions with minimum admin privileges. Also, admins are always available via Discord.
