Engineer Class Idea. - Magister - 04-14-2022

Hi, Magister here, How's it going?

I'm currently playing as an Engineer. I thought of good idea...i think? I'm sorry if it's been addressed before. But, When a lot of people are playing, its difficult to find out which turrets are available to upgrade efficiently. So, is there a way of showing these turrets on the minimap? 

So for example, when the turrets can be upgraded, a symbol can be shown on the minimap *like the coins in the "Stealer Zombie" wave? and once the turrets have been upgraded, they disappear or go green or something?

Also it would be good to see if the coins have been destroyed on the minimap during the "Stealer Zombie" wave.

Hi Magister, nice idea

some feedback as a gamer i'm in top 3 noob engineers 21 :

- you will find turrets easy on spawn spots usually all place it there to hold it, if players placed too late upgrade it after wave ends
- for marking turrets in mini-map :
        - more related to game engine so not easy to adjust it
        - will be too much complex and not clear to see when everyone place a turret

- nice idea for adding a mark on turrets itself which isn't upgraded

- nice idea for coins if we lost 4 its mark disappear .

It's not possible to add too many marks on minimap. CoD only supports 16. You might have noticed that if there are more than 16 dead players, they don't get marks 13 It's a limitation from the game engine.

But I can remove the mark if all coins have been destroyed, yes.

Hi Fabio, I hadn't notice that. The limitations of a 19 year old game ay? lol.

Thanks for considering my idea though.

Removing the coins would be great though.
