No need to remove blue orb in 1st round because it doen't happen everytime. First you need to find the orb (if it's not out of the map), secondly you need to get points from the orb (if you don't got a penis, the website, the immunity, fabio or energy).
So this case doen't happen EVERY map. Just be the lucky guy who spot the orb and get the points instead of the big dildo

There are other ways to get a lot of points at the start.
Place a medkit and a ammo box at the start and you already get a lot more. especially with a big group.
You regularly manage to get already enough to buy a turret even before the game start.
And otherwise you only have to kill a few more zombies and then you can buy it.
Even if you didn't get points at the start, as premium you only have to kill about 30/35 zombies to buy one and normal has to kill 50/60 zombies.
So with a group of 4+ you relatively quickly can buy a turret way before round 1 ends.
Good point Soldier ! So shall Fabio disable the turrets in the 1st round ? Or as Soldier said jus the power of turrets for the 1st round ?
