Sorry for the delay in replying, my web browser (Firefox keeps crashing when it updates then checks up to date plugins.) Tried logging into this website using Chrtome but it prevents me opening the ROTU web and says there are security issues with it!

I followed the instructions from a Google search. i.e. Remove Firefox and all the accounts including roaming. I then (several times) installed an old version from hard drive. Firefox works for a short time, upgrades itself then crashes. This is on XP. I switched to the other drive in PC for Win 7 and it works ok. Just letting that version to upgrade to Win 10 so see what problems that brings. Typing this on my Ubuntu netbook.

I'm still running XP also. I had problems with browsers crashing in the past. I deleted Java and Flash from my computer and now everything runs super smooth. I can't watch some videos on that computer but I have a netbook I use for that.
