Only is curiosity, since i started playing on the server i still have no idea

V.I.P is a special head icon gived as a reward for completing "Mother of God" challenge .

To complete the challange you have to reach level 200 . and now you are in level 198 so just 2 levels more to go

Really? to almost nothing, I hardly see the rest apart from the greeting because of the color of the letters   Thanks dude.
