Reign of the Undead - Revolution

I am playing right now, and for all game the message "hold melee to search for ammo" is visible and I cant search for ammo. I am engineer of course

Does it work when you are near a dead zombie?

i was have it the same. no this is like block full, you can be full on zombie and this no work. when this is visible Infinity. i must leave game for this work

I think this happens (always) when you are attacked (hit) when searching a body. After that, the search feature does'nt work anymore.

It doesn't work when on a zombie.
If it happens, then you can't search a zombie till the end of the game, or if you disconnect and connect again.
I do not remember if it happened after I was attacked during a search, as Karolcia says.
I think it is definitely a bug!
