Reign of the Undead - Revolution

Hello Community,

we currently have some trouble hosting our servers.
I can keep restarting them but they will crash again after a few minutes.

I already contacted the datacenter in Frankfurt.
As they told me there are currently problems with the Telekom Backbone Network. The datacenter is linked to few other Backbones but the Bandwidth isn't high enough to handle the traffic. This is the reason for serveral laggs while the server is online.

Some users may be able to connect if they have a direct uplink to any of the following Wide Area Networks:
- Tiscali International Backbone
- DECiX Backbone
- AMS-IX / INXS / V-IX

The problems should be solved today night or tomorrow morning.

Problems should be solved now.
Servers are running stable again.

I have lost quite a few levels and wondering if they will be given back? I was level 96 and dropped to 63. Thanks.

the levels didnt save correctly. We are sorry but your old level cannot be restored.

Fabio , good man.
I have higher ping since on this server than before this problem, and lasting.
Could this be the reason due to changes in data traffic they done?

I checked that but everything is working fine. Probably something wrong with your internet connection?

Yeah.. It could of been worse though.
